At WILD Pet Food, we want you and your pet to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and labels remain attached to the product.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
